• Supervise, train, and mentor junior beauticians and therapists.
• Handle VIP clients and manage customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory.
• Upsell and cross-sell beauty packages, treatments, and retail products.
• Assist in developing new treatments, promotions, and service packages.
• Monitor service quality and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced beauty treatments including facials, skin therapy, head therapy, body treatments, waxing, threading, manicure/pedicure, and spa services
• Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in accordance with industry regulations
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior beauticians and therapists
• Handle complex or VIP clients and manage customer concerns professionally
