HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a service-oriented Beauty Advisor to create enjoyable in-store experiences and guide customers toward suitable beauty and skincare products through personalised consultations.

You will welcome customers, perform personalized consultations, explain product features and usage, maintain store presentation and support stock and daily operations. You will also contribute to store sales and customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Good communication and customer engagement skills.
• Genuine interest in beauty and skincare.
• Positive attitude and commitment to service quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Relevant experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and understand their product preferences and needs.
• Recommend beauty and skincare products through personalised consultations.
• Explain product features, benefits and usage.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and support repeat business.
• Ensure attractive product displays and good store presentation.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and daily operations.
• Contribute to store sales performance and customer satisfaction.
