The role focuses on customer service excellence, inventory management, merchandising, and collaboration with management on marketing initiatives and promotions. Candidate should have retail or beauty/wellness shop management experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or beauty/wellness shop management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to meet sales and service targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering and control.
• Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation.
• Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Work closely with management on marketing campaigns and promotions.
