• Operational Oversight: manage day-to-day salon activities; opening and closing procedures; maintain cleanliness and hygiene; monitor and order inventory of products.
• Customer Service: act as the primary contact for client feedback; address concerns; manage appointments and promotions to attract and retain clientele.
