LUME HAN PTE. LTD. is seeking an Admin cum Customer Service Executive to support daily operations of a beauty and skincare retail business. You will handle customer enquiries, appointment coordination, data entry, and documentation to ensure excellent service and smooth store operations.

The ideal candidate has good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a beauty and wellness environment. This role offers team collaboration and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail, or a related role is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and email.
• Comfortable using digital communication tools and maintaining electronic records.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to customer enquiries through phone calls, messaging platforms, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about skincare products, services, promotions, appointments, and membership programmes.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on customer appointments.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating complex matters to the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with retail and beauty teams to ensure smooth customer service and daily operations.
