Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Beauty, Wellness, or related field.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, luxury retail, or customer consulting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

• Recommend suitable beauty treatments, products, and service packages based on customers' concerns and goals.
• Explain treatment procedures, expected results, and aftercare recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up consultations.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting beauty treatments, products, and membership programmes.
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure customers receive appropriate treatments according to the consultation plan.
• Maintain accurate customer consultation records and treatment recommendations.
• Stay updated on the company's products, services, beauty trends, and industry knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and customer confidentiality requirements.
• Support promotional events, marketing activities, and other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Beauty, Wellness, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, luxury retail, or customer consulting is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven with the ability to understand customers' needs and provide suitable recommendations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
