KOISKIN LAB (CLEMENTI) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Beauty Consultant for a full-time position at Clementi Mall. You will provide one-on-one beauty consultations, recommend treatments and products, engage clients, and build lasting VIP relationships while meeting sales targets.

Role requires at least 3 years in beauty consulting, high energy, and a customer-first mindset with strong communication in English (Mandarin a plus). Shifts include weekends and public holidays in a bustling retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ salon experience in beauty consulting or related role.
• Energetic and positive attitude with a passion for service.
• Sales-target driven with track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Mandarin a plus).
• Client-focused approach with ability to deliver VIP-level service.
• Team player with willingness to learn and adapt.

Salary: Basic $2,600 – $5,000 | Gross $4,000 – $8,000+

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• Consult & Advise: Provide one-on-one professional consultations and recommend beauty treatments per client needs (专业咨询： 根据客户需求进行一对一护肤/疗程建议)
• Recommend Products & Treatments: Introduce new services and retail products to enhance client outcomes (产品／疗程推荐： 向客户推荐新项目与产品，提升效果与满意度)
• Customer Engagement: Attend to walk-ins and inbound enquiries (phone/WhatsApp) (客户接待： 处理到店顾客及来电/WhatsApp咨询)
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships (including VIPs) (维护客户： 与客户（含 VIP）建立并保持良好联系)
• Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales and package-sale goals (销售目标： 达成个人业绩及套餐销售指标)
