Job description
Greet customers upon arrival
Perform individual skin analysis and recommend suitable treatment to customers
Provide guidelines to clients on how to take care of their skin
Provide professional recommendation of suitable skin products
Perform facial treatment and body massage to customers
Book appointments over the phone and serve walk‑ins based on availability
Maintain updated client records
Cross‑sell therapies and beauty products, when relevant
Make sure our working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times
Call and follow‑up with customers to confirm appointment
Achieve sales target and meet individual sales performance
Any other ad‑hoc duties as required
