Job summary

LUFA GATEWAY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-service focused beauty clinic associate to manage bookings and greet clients.

You will provide skincare guidance and perform massages including deep tissue, hot stone, Indian head and Swedish modalities, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and supporting colleagues to deliver quality experiences. Any prior spa or salon experience is a plus; training will cover product knowledge, hygiene protocols, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receiving customer bookings and arranging appointments over the phone
• Receiving and greeting walk-in customers on arrival
• Providing skincare guidelines to customers
• Providing deep tissue, hot stone, Indian head and Swedish massage
• Cleaning and sterilizing beauty treatment equipment
• Performing brow tinting, manicures and nail extensions
• Keeping track of lotions, nail polishes, facial creams, and other beauty products
• Recognising problems and referring customers to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, chiropractors, physiotherapists, or other medical practitioners
• Collaborating with the staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for the clients.
