Tanlet Harbor Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a friendly beauty services assistant to perform facial and skin treatments according to clients’ needs. You will schedule appointments, enter client information and maintain files, while ensuring rooms are clean and well-stocked.

The role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, strong time management and a customer-focused mindset. You must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and contribute to retail promotions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

• Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
• Scheduling clients’ appointments
• Data entry of client's information
• Keep documentation and maintain clients’ files
• Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients’ queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Stock taking
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
• Any other administrative task when required
