Job summary

TIANTIAN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional beautician to deliver a range of beauty services, including facials, skincare, waxing, manicure and pedicure, with a focus on personalised client care in a clean, hygienic salon environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a beautician or in related beauty/spa environment.
• Good customer service and communication skills; friendly, pleasant, professional, and well-groomed.
• Good attention to detail and ability to provide personalised services.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Willing to learn new treatments, techniques, and products.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty treatments, including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, manicure, pedicure, and other beauty services as required.
• Conduct consultations to understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Ensure all treatments are performed safely, professionally, and according to company standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the treatment areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, tools, and products before and after each service.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records and product usage records.
• Monitor and maintain beauty equipment and report any defects or issues to management.
• Assist with stock checking and ensure beauty products and supplies are properly stored.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and hygiene standards.
• Keep up to date with the latest beauty treatments, techniques, products, and industry trends.
• Assist other team members when required and maintain a positive and professional working environment.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Beauty Manager or management.
