• Monitoring stock and ordering beauty products as and when required.
• Ensuring proper cleaning of beauty equipment and tools after use and following hygiene practices.
• Proficient with all skin and hair treatments.
• Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with elegance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Keep up with beauty industry trends to suggest new marketing ideas.
• Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment.
• Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
• Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
