Job summary

Prestige Media Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a personable beauty therapist to perform facial and skin treatments, manage client bookings, and maintain accurate client records.

You will ensure clean, sterilized treatment rooms, provide pre- and post-treatment consultations, promote retail products, and deliver warm after-sales service to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in beauty wellness industry
• Recognised professional beauty certification preferred
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Ad hoc duties may be assigned by supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform facial and skin treatments per client needs
• Schedule clients and manage appointment bookings
• Enter client data and maintain files
• Ensure treatment area cleanliness and equipment sterilization
• Provide pre- and post-treatment consultations
• Advise on skin/body care routines
• Promote retail products and additional services
• Stock take and general admin duties
• Deliver after-sales service to encourage repeat visits
• Introduce beauty services to customers as needed

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
• Scheduling client’s appointments
• Data entry of client's information
• Keep documentation and maintain client’s files
• Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant client’s queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Stock taking
• Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use
• Any other administrative task when required
• Introduce beauty services to customers depending on their requirement(s).
• Ensure overall cleanliness of treatment room, sterilisation of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables.
• Advise clients professionally on skin and body care routines to enhance their well-being
• Deliver after-sales service to maintain positive client relationships and encourage repeat visits

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the beauty wellness industry
• Possess a recognised professional beauty certification is preferable
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor。
• Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
