Job summary

MCI Career Services is seeking a Business Development & Operations Executive in Singapore to oversee multiple outlets and drive performance. The role covers budgeting, manpower costing, reporting, and daily sales tracking, with emphasis on coordinating with department heads to meet targets.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Business related field and 1–2 years of stores or F&B experience, plus strong MS Office skills. Flexible travel and work across outlets are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in business-related field.
• Experience managing stores or F&B outlets is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Estimated P&L for the outlets.
• Create Manpower Costing Charts to optimize staff utilization.
• Prepare analysis reports for the CF Department.
• Reassess CF sales targets monthly and adjust based on outlet needs.
• Track daily sales and collaborate with department heads to achieve targets.
