Job summary

Taptap Send in Singapore seeks a commercially minded BD professional to own a pipeline of institutional partners from first contact through to live deployments across crypto, fintech and payments. You will manage the full BD cycle—outreach, qualification, negotiation and onboarding—and represent the company at industry events to build a profile in target segments.

Qualifications

About the Role

Taptap Send is building a new institutional payments business. We move money across 80+ emerging market corridors and are now opening that infrastructure to institutional clients — crypto exchanges, fintechs, MTOs, and corporate treasury teams. This is an early commercial hire into that business.

The Role

You'll own a pipeline of institutional partners from first contact through to live. You'll work closely with trading and ops to structure deals and get clients across the line quickly.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years in BD, partnerships, or sales within payments, crypto, or FX

• An existing network across crypto exchanges, MTOs, or EM fintechs

• Comfortable selling a technical product to sophisticated buyers, treasury teams, CFOs, heads of payments

• Organised, self-directed, and happy working without a large support structure around you
