Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender/Barista in hospitality.
• Good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a welcoming personality.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and beverage quality.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive and personalized service to all guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients and preparation methods.
• Perform suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Ensure beverage quality, presentation and portion control.
• Follow recipes, procedures and standards accurately.
• Keep stations clean, stocked and organized; manage inventory as needed.
• Operate the POS system accurately and process transactions correctly.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations.
