Job summary

Cafe Monochrome in Singapore is hiring full-time staff for barista and service crew roles, with opportunities for F&B supervisors or team leaders to apply. You will contribute to daily cafe operations, beverage preparation, cashiering, and customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

We are seeking friendly individuals who can multitask, handle inventory, assist in ordering, and ensure a tidy, efficient cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the cleanliness of the cafe and coffee preparation area.
• Maintenance of equipment and coffee machine
• Provide assistance in ordering and cashiering
• Ability to multitask - keep track of inventory and stock check, basic cleaning of kitchen area etc.
• Provide assistance in ordering and cashiering
• Ushering of customers
• Scooping of ice cream and preparation of ice cream desserts
• Friendly and have good sense of customer service
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness
• Able to handle difficult situation in a calm manner
• Clearing of tables, dishes and disinfecting
• Follow company
