Job summary

GOODFIELDS COMMONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a part-time Barista to join our on-site cafe team.

You will prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, from coffee to specialty drinks, while maintaining quality and speed in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided; no prior barista experience is required. You should have good communication in English, a positive attitude, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista or in customer service is advantageous, but training will be provided.
• Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to a high standard.
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment with care and precision.
• Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Take orders, served food and beverages professionally, and handle payment through POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
