Responsibilities

• Support daily café operations to ensure smooth service flow during shifts.

• Maintain consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, speed and guest experience.
• Keep dining, service and prep areas clean, safe and hygienic as per guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory handling and proper storage.
• Support basic cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines and equipment.
• Provide friendly, energetic, customer-focused service while handling inquiries and feedback.
