Job summary

Tanamera Coffee is looking for Baristas to join our Singapore team. Whether you are an experienced barista or passionate about starting your coffee journey, we’d love to hear from you. You will prepare beverages to Tanamera standards and deliver friendly, engaging service in a fast-paced café environment.

You’ll handle cafe operations, maintain cleanliness, and learn through hands-on training. We welcome fresh candidates with the right attitude and offer opportunities to grow with the Tanamera

Qualifications

• Interest in coffee and F&B with a customer-first mindset.
• Friendly, energetic, and able to work with people in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and adapt; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality coffee and beverages according to Tanamera standards.
• Deliver friendly and engaging service to customers.
• Maintain consistency in coffee quality, presentation and service.
• Handle daily café operations including cashiering, opening/closing and stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Work closely with the team to keep operations smooth during busy periods.
• Learn and grow your coffee knowledge through hands-on training and development.
