• Experience as a barista is beneficial, but enthusiasm to learn is more important.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while operating advanced coffee machinery.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to growth and learning.
