• Ensure good communication with Management.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items.
• Prepare and check tables before service.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Follow company procedures when delivering food from kitchen to guests.
• Ensure cleanliness of restaurant tables, chairs, floors, and service stations.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Be assertive and attentive at ALL time.
• Have thorough knowledge of product and service procedures.
• Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.
• Welcomes guests by determining their coffee interests and needs.
