About the role

Join our vibrant team as a Full Time Barista at Blue Bottle Coffee, Raffles City and Paragon! We are passionate about delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional service to our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key role in crafting memorable coffee experiences, ensuring every cup meets our high standards while providing warm and friendly service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of specialty coffee drinks to the highest standards
• Provide excellent customer service and ensuring a positive café experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, including food safety compliance
• Collaborating with the team to optimize workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Adhering to strict health and safety protocols
• Proactively learning about new coffee trends and techniques to enhance your skillset
• Promote our brand and educate customers on coffee offerings

What we're looking for

• Passionate about coffee and customer service
• Prior barista experience is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude
