Job summary

Common Man Coffee Roasters in Singapore invites passionate baristas to join our team across multiple outlets: Anchorpoint, Quayside Isle (Sentosa), and Stanley Street. You’ll grow under experienced mentors and contribute to a coffee-first culture that prizes craftsmanship and consistency.

We value espresso dialing, milk texturing, latte art, and a deepening of seed-to-cup knowledge. A 5-day, 44-hour week, with medical and dental coverage and staff perks, awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe.
• Strong palate for espresso and milk texture.
• Ability to consistently deliver latte art.
• Willingness to learn about seed-to-cup processes.
