Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead daily bar operations, deliver high-quality beverages, and provide guest-focused service. You’ll train staff, manage inventory, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong bar and beverage knowledge and guest service focus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory level, including management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental standards to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit.
• Upsell and promote products to increase bar revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering as needed.
• Ensure POS listings are updated and align with the menu.
• Deliver high standard food and beverage service per departmental procedures.
• Prepare for service and report irregularities promptly.
• Maintain impeccable grooming and adhere to presentation standards.
• Ensure equipment and glassware are clean, sorted, and stored properly.
• Provide training and guidance to staff; manage rosters and schedules.
