Qualifications

• Willing to work late hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee beverage preparation for quality and consistency across cocktails and other drinks.
• Manage ordering, stock levels, and inventory control to support high-volume service.
• Supervise bar team to maintain smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Coordinate with floor staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
