Job summary

Violet Oon Inc. Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused bar operations professional in Singapore. You will ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure, prepare beverages to high standards, maintain bar cleanliness, and drive beverage sales through upselling during service.

The role requires at least 2 years of bar operations experience, strong knowledge of spirits and wine, and a positive, can-do attitude. Basic Microsoft Office skills are also expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage service as required.
• 2 years experience in bar operations.
• Good knowledge in Spirits and Wine.
• Pleasant with dynamic personality.
• Can-do attitude with proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Prepare beverages, maintain bar cleanliness and presentation.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
• Upsell beverages to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare mis-en-place before operation (garnishes, glassware).
• Ensure equipment is in working condition and stock is stored properly.
• Participate in inventory, notify manager on beverage shortages.
• Provide warm greetings, thank guests, and bid farewell.
• Coordinate with manager on beverage requirements for events.
• Respond quickly and accurately to guest requests.
• Assist in maintenance and cleaning schedules.
