Job summary

Percept Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology transformation initiatives across digital banking platforms, core banking systems, cloud migration programs, and regulatory projects. You will work with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery in line with Agile methodologies and banking regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience delivering technology projects in Banking/FinTech,

Qualifications

8+ years of experience managing technology projects in Banking/FinTech.
Hands-on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid Waterfall-Agile delivery experience.
Experience with core banking platforms and enterprise integrations, microservices, REST APIs, and DevOps/CI-CD.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and GCP) and application security/governance.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, scope management, resources, budget, execution, and deployment.
Drive Agile project governance with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure, security, and development teams to manage dependencies.
Manage stakeholder communications, steering committee updates, vendor coordination, and status reporting.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory and governance compliance.
Oversee SIT, UAT, production deployment, cutover activities, and post-implementation reviews.
