Job summary

REGTECH INSIGHT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced software and applications manager with deep expertise in banking applications, regulatory reporting, and data management.

You will lead development, ensure secure, compliant solutions, and guide projects through the full SDLC in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role requires hands-on C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and Python proficiency, with strong SQL Server/Oracle experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software/application development and technology delivery experience.
• Strong banking/financial services and regulatory reporting experience.
• Experience with MAS/HKMA regulatory reporting is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and Python.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience with SSIS, Informatica, ETL, and data integration.
• Experience with Control-M, Jenkins, Git, and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong SDLC, architecture, testing, and production support understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage project risks, issues, timelines, and technical deliverables.
• Lead data extraction, transformation, and integration using SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, and Informatica.

The role will involve managing application development and enhancement initiatives supporting MAS/HKMA regulatory reporting, working closely with business and technology stakeholders, and leading solutions throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software application development, enhancement, and implementation projects.
• Manage technical teams and provide solution architecture and technical guidance.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support regulatory reporting applications, including MAS/HKMA requirements.
• Manage SDLC activities including requirements, design, development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Lead data extraction, transformation, and integration using SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, and Informatica.
• Perform production incident analysis, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
• Coordinate project releases, cutover activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure applications meet security, quality, architecture, and development standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, timelines, and technical deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in software/application development and technology delivery.
• Strong experience in banking / financial services, preferably regulatory reporting.
