Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Assist in building a repository for all third-party outsourcing governance.
  • Schedule risk assessments and ensure continued compliance across all arrangements, tracking as necessary.
  • Collect and store artefacts/documentation supporting each risk assessment.
  • Present meaningful recommendations to senior stakeholders on differentiated handling in complaints resolution.
  • Participate in two 6-month rotations across Lending & Liabilities operations, Payments and Clearing Operations, shared utilities, and outsourcing governance.

  • Polytechnic graduates from any discipline with less than 2 years of working experience.
  • Permanent legal right to work in Singapore.
  • Keen interest in the Banking and Finance industry.
