Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an entry-level Bank Operations Analyst for a back-office role in Singapore. You will support reconciliation of GL and Nostro/cash accounts related to card transactions, identify discrepancies, and assist with investigation and resolution without sales or customer-facing duties.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates or juniors who enjoy structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven work, with opportunities to grow into more senior operations roles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation and proofing of General Ledger (GL) and Nostro / cash accounts relating to card transactions.
• Compare transaction records and account balances to identify discrepancies or unmatched items.
• Investigate and follow up on reconciliation differences.
• Escalate outstanding or unresolved items to the relevant internal teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor and track the aging of outstanding GL and Nostro items.
• Perform invoice reconciliation and ensure records are accurate before processing or settlement.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of reconciliation activities.
• Work closely with internal operations, finance and other support teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
• Ensure daily operational tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Follow established banking procedures, operational controls and internal policies.

About the Role

We are looking for a Bank Operations Analyst to join a bank's Card Operations Processing Centre , supporting the Reconciliation and Investigation function. In this back-office banking role, you will help ensure that the bank’s transaction records are accurate by performing daily reconciliation of accounts, identifying discrepancies, following up on outstanding items, and supporting investigation and resolution activities.
