Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a QA Tester to collaborate with BAs and Product Owners, convert bank lending processes into robust test cases, and drive rigorous testing across regression and UAT stages.

You will prepare test plans and scripts, execute tests, and coordinate with development and SIT teams to ensure quality and timely resolution of issues. Prior experience in digital lending testing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Meticulous, analytical and process oriented with SDLC familiarity.
• Able to understand complex logics and workflows to create thorough test cases.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to clarify requirements with users and teams.
• Self-driven, highly motivated with hands-on testing mentality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BAs and Product Owners during requirements gathering to understand needs deeply.
• Study documentation on SME lending to translate business requirements into test cases.
• Prepare test plans, test cases and scripts; write positive and negative scenarios.
• Execute regression, UAT, and live verification testing.
• Report defects, track priority, and log in JIRA with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with development and SIT teams during performance and regression tests.
• Track issues and resolve within SLA by coordinating with users and tech teams.
• Prepare documentation on test scope, data, and progress.
• Stay updated on QA best practices, tools, frameworks and standards.
