Job summary

Synpulse Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Management Consultant with a banking and compliance background to join our fast-paced team in Singapore.

You will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build client relationships, and contribute to high-quality deliverables across projects. You will review regulatory documents, conduct detailed analyses, and translate client needs into structured solutions.

Qualifications

Degree holder.
At least 5 years of experience in banking, compliance, KYC/AML, or financial crime roles.
Management consulting background is a definite advantage
Experience in Private Banking and SOW is a Must.
Demonstrated ability working on regulatory reviews, compliance audits, or remediation programs.

Responsibilities

Review existing accounts and perform detailed analysis of historical account opening documentation.
Conduct comprehensive transaction reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables, and timely submission.
Conduct research, data collection and analysis on client needs and issues to translate requirements into solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.
Document the project into systems and processes for management review.
Maintain close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
Support team members with other project activities.
