Job summary

HELIUS Solutions in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to own software applications end-to-end, from development through decommissioning, ensuring availability, performance and alignment with business needs.

You will collaborate with product owners, IT leads, Scrum masters and vendors to translate requirements into technical deliverables while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software management or IT delivery within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of private banking or wealth management workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned applications and ensure availability, stability, and performance.
• Manage full application lifecycle: development, implementation, enhancement, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Oversee application support, incident resolution, and escalation to ensure minimal business impact.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, Scrum Masters, IT Leads, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure governance, risk management, information security, and regulatory compliance across applications.
