Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced NetReveal System Analyst to drive AML and Financial Crime technology initiatives within a banking environment.

The role covers business and system analysis, configuration, testing support, and production issue management for the NetReveal platform. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in system analysis for enterprise banking apps, 3+ years supporting NetReveal, strong AML knowledge, SQL,Unix/Linux, and solid stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with NetReveal in a banking or financial services environment.
• Good understanding of AML, Financial Crime, Transaction Monitoring, Alert Management, and Case Management processes.
• Expertise in Business/System Analysis, requirements gathering, and functional specifications.
• Strong SQL and database analysis skills.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and batch processing.
• Knowledge of system integrations, data mapping, and interface analysis.
• Proven experience supporting SIT, UAT, production implementation, and defect management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and system requirements for NetReveal solutions.
• Configure and support NetReveal modules, rules, workflows, and interfaces.
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with AML, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and defect resolution.
• Investigate application, interface, batch-processing, and data issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and operational documentation.
