Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced AML/watchlist integration specialist to define and map technical specs between watchlist tools and core banking, CRM, and onboarding platforms.

You will configure data ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation of sanctions, PEP, and internal lists, and design real-time alert workflows for downstream case management systems. You will tune fuzzy matching rules and screening parameters to balance accuracy and regulatory compliance, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in application testing, development and delivery.
• Minimum 6 years of functional experience within Financial Crime or AML compliance tech.
• Strong SDLC understanding and ability to translate requirements into testable specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and map integration specifications between Watchlist Management and core platforms.
• Ingest, normalize, and reconcile watchlist data (Sanctions, PEP, Adverse Media) with internal lists.
• Design event-driven workflows for real-time alerting to case management systems.
• Tune fuzzy matching rules and screening parameters to reduce false positives.
• Establish data quality frameworks, validation, and lineage for screening data.
• Ensure AML/CFT compliance with MAS, FATF, OFAC, and support audits.
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents, architecture diagrams, and API dictionaries.
• Lead UAT, regression testing, and validation for upgrades.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Tech, and external vendors.
• Identify and manage issues, risks, and integration challenges in AML screening.
• Continuously optimize screening workflows and reduce manual intervention.
• Create training materials and assist end-users during rollouts.
• Ensure data privacy compliance per PDPA and GDPR where applicable.
