Job summary

TANGSPAC CONSULTING PTE LTD seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end KYC and AI system implementation, integrating with AML platforms and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will spearhead technical pre-project planning, coordinate vendor solutions like NetReveal/Detica, oversee design and delivery timelines, and guide cross-functional teams through SIT/UAT, security tests, and production cutover.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field from a recognized university.
• 12+ years IT experience, including 3+ years in Banking/Financial Institutions.
• 8+ years in technical project management.
• 8+ years in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, and Java.
• 8+ years in system/software design and UI/UX design.
• Experience implementing or managing KYC/AML projects.
• Experience with vendor solutions such as NetReveal, Detica, etc.
• Strong multitasking and communication/interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end KYC and AI system implementation and integration with AML systems.
• Lead technical pre-project planning covering architecture, specifications, design, delivery, cost, and resources.
• Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to technical teams and business users.
• Coordinate application teams for smooth implementation, production cutover, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure compliance with enterprise, security, and control standards.
• Oversee technical design, delivery timelines, and project requirements.
• Provide delivery status updates, elevate risks/issues, and recommend resolutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support root cause analysis, code reviews, and unit testing.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, performance/load, security testing, test cases, and test data with relevant teams.
• Manage change requests, deployment schedules, and pre/post-production technical support.
• Liaise with IT/business teams and manage external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
