Qualifikationen

• Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, Reporting and regulatory policies.
• Proficient in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Perform trade verifications to ensure the accuracy of booking requests.
• Generate and match trade confirmations in accordance with ISDA templates.
• Coordinate and collaborate with departments to resolve transaction processing issues.
• Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities.
• Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports.
• Manage prioritization of FIX Onboardings.
• Deliver Velocity client and user maintenance.
• Ensure accurate trade validation and timely settlements for Treasury transactions.
• Proactively assess and mitigate risks in business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Management

• Perform trade verifications to ensure the accuracy of booking requests.

• Generate and match trade confirmations in accordance with International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templates.

Issue Resolution & Controls

• Coordinate and collaborate with appropriate departments to resolve transaction processing issues.

• Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in compliance with established policies.

Reporting & Delivery

• Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports.

• Manage prioritization of FIX Onboardings

• Deliver Velocity client and user maintenance

• Ensured accurate trade validation and timely settlements for all relevant Treasury transactions.

• Proactively assess and mitigate risks in all business decisions, thereby safeguarding business' reputation, clients, and assets.
