TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced BaNCS solution architect to drive end-to-end payment system implementations in a multinational context.

You will lead interfaces, data migration, and multi-phase cutovers, ensuring governance and adherence to methodologies. The role requires deep BaNCS knowledge, API-driven integration, and strong exposure to real-time payments and settlements across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle BaNCS implementation experience (Payments).
• Deep BaNCS architecture & framework expertise.
• Experience with real-time payments & clearing systems.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery across full lifecycle: Discovery Solutioning Configuration Integration Data Migration SIT/UAT Go-Live Stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with BaNCS Implementation Methodology and program governance standards.
• Drive execution of multi-phase rollouts and complex cutover strategies.
• Oversee external system integrations: Channels, Core Banking, SWIFT gateways, Clearing systems.
• Govern BaNCS Service Integrator (SI) and integration landscape: MQ, APIs, Host Interfaces, ISO message transformations.
• Experience in API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and microservices-based ecosystems.
• Ensure alignment with BaNCS Integration Workbench / API frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own delivery across full lifecycle: Discovery Solutioning Configuration Integration Data Migration SIT/UAT Go-Live Stabilization
• Ensure compliance with TCS BaNCS Implementation Methodology and program governance standards
• Drive execution of multi-phase rollouts and complex cutover strategies
• Strong command over BaNCS Payments modules including: Funds Transfer, Instant Payments, Bill Payments, Direct debits
• Hands-on exposure to real-time and batch payment processing flows
• Deep understanding of payment clearing & settlement mechanisms: NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT (MT/MX), ISO 20022, CBPR+, NPP, BECS, IBG, Hongkong FPS
• Govern BaNCS Service Integrator (SI) and integration landscape: o MQ, APIs, Host Interfaces, ISO message transformations
• Experience in API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and microservices-based ecosystems
• Ensure alignment with BaNCS Integration Workbench / API frameworks
• Oversee external system integrations: Channels, Core Banking, SWIFT gateways, Clearing systems

Must Have

Proven experience managing:

• Tier-1 bank implementations
• Multi-country / multi-entity rollouts

• BaNCS SI / Integration Workbench / API frameworks

Good to have

• Regulatory programs (CBPR+, ISO migrations)
• High-volume transaction processing environments
• Non-functional requirements (Performance, Security, Scalability)
