Tata Consultancy Services in Singapore seeks an experienced BaNCS implementation professional to own delivery across the full lifecycle of payments projects, from discovery through go-live and stabilization. You will work within the BaNCS framework, ensuring methodical governance and high-quality integration across multi-country rollouts.

You will lead real-time and batch payment flows, oversee SI and API frameworks, and partner with external channels, core banking and SWIFT gateways to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle BaNCS implementation experience (Payments).
• BaNCS architecture and framework expertise.
• Integration patterns such as MQ, APIs and ISO messaging.
• Experience with real-time payments and clearing systems.
• Experience managing Tier-1 bank implementations.
• Ability to roll out multi-country / multi-entity projects.
• Familiarity with BaNCS SI / Integration Workbench / API frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory programs (CBPR+, ISO migrations).
• Experience handling high-volume transaction processing environments.
• Understanding of non-functional requirements: performance, security, scalability.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery across full lifecycle: Discovery to Go-Live and Stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with TCS BaNCS Implementation Methodology and governance standards.
• Drive multi-phase rollouts and complex cutover strategies.
• Strong command over BaNCS Payments modules including Funds Transfer, Instant Payments, Bill Payments, Direct debits.
• Hands-on exposure to real-time and batch payment processing flows.
• Govern BaNCS SI and integration landscape: MQ, APIs, Host Interfaces, ISO messaging transformations.
• Experience in API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and microservices-based ecosystems.
• Ensure alignment with BaNCS Integration Workbench / API frameworks.
• Oversee external system integrations: Channels, Core Banking, SWIFT gateways, Clearing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own delivery across full lifecycle: Discovery Solutioning Configuration Integration Data Migration SIT/UAT Go-Live Stabilization
• Ensure compliance with TCS BaNCS Implementation Methodology and program governance standards
• Drive execution of multi-phase rollouts and complex cutover strategies
• Strong command over BaNCS Payments modules including: Funds Transfer, Instant Payments, Bill Payments, Direct debits
• Hands-on exposure to real-time and batch payment processing flows
• Deep understanding of payment clearing & settlement mechanisms: NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT (MT/MX), ISO 20022, CBPR+, NPP, BECS, IBG, Hongkong FPS
• Govern BaNCS Service Integrator (SI) and integration landscape: o MQ, APIs, Host Interfaces, ISO message transformations
• Experience in API-led integration, event-driven architecture, and microservices-based ecosystems
• Ensure alignment with BaNCS Integration Workbench / API frameworks
• Oversee external system integrations: Channels, Core Banking, SWIFT gateways, Clearing systems

Must Have
