Kadence Ballet Academy in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Dance Coach to lead ballet instruction across levels and mentor students for competitions and performances. The role emphasizes technical excellence, artistry, and disciplined training within a collaborative faculty.

Ideal candidates will hold a ballet diploma with extensive professional experience, including performances on stage and coaching competitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional ballet company experience as a dancer (en pointe preferred).
• Diploma from ballet vocational school with Vaganova methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver ballet classes across various levels.
• Coach and mentor students for competitions and stage performances.
• Ensure correct technique, artistry, and safe practices in all training.
• Work collaboratively with the faculty to uphold the academy’s high standards of education.
• Willing to conduct adult ballet classes.
