Job summary

BreadTalk Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated baker for a fast-paced, shift-based role across multiple locations. You will handle dough shaping, icing, decorating, and baking duties while upholding strict hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of bakery experience, is comfortable with 44 hours per week over 5.5 days, and can adapt to a hot production environment in a non-Halal bakery.

What You Need to Know

• Topping section: Icing, topping, decorating, filling breads
• Oven section: Baking
• Hygiene, cleaning & any ad-hoc duties as assigned

• 5.5 days/ 44 hours per week, shift work, no fixed shift, no fixed rest day or break time.
• 8 working hours per day (excluding 1 hour break time)
