• Skilled in sketching (digital and hand) and developing visual presentations.
• Analytical mindset and understanding of market demands.
• Strong communication, organizational and delegation abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated product collections for the brand aligned with brand direction and market trends.
• Create product concepts, colourways and product details from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
• Stay current on trends, materials and construction techniques to enhance product quality.
• Apply technical knowledge of design and construction to drive design decisions and optimize product performance.
• Evaluate seasonal collection performance and consumer insights to inform future collections.
• Manage design timelines and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Support other creative and design related projects as needed.
