Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Backend Systems Engineer, C3, to install, test, and implement enterprise systems, leveraging best practices to meet service requirements.

You will manage system changes, perform root cause analysis, and develop robust disaster recovery and backup procedures while guiding customers and project teams on complex technical issues. Candidates should have Nitec/Higher Nitec/ Diploma or degree in EE/EL/IT, strong communication, and ability to explain

Qualifications

• Educational qualification in EE/EL/IT from a recognized institution.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and implement systems per specifications and SLAs.
• Manage system changes via change request process; obtain approvals.
• Conduct root cause analysis; implement preventive measures.
• Develop service continuity plans including backup/DR.
• Provide expert technical guidance to customers and project teams.
• Troubleshoot PSIM, CCTV, access control, alarm, and network infra.
• Backend configuration and setup: CIS hardening, Linux/Windows, user sudo, sshd_config, password control, REAR restoration.
• Basic computer and network maintenance.
