• Analyze data and abstract complex problems within the assigned business domain, driving improvements to risk-control products and technical processes.
• Develop a deep understanding of risk operations in e-Commerce and build agent capabilities to support the AI transformation of strategy operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in one or more of Golang, Java, and Python.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Familiarity with common software design principles and good coding practices.
• Experience designing complex distributed systems, with a strong understanding of commonly used storage systems and middleware.
• Strong ownership, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for developing a deep understanding of the business and building business-critical systems.
• Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in risk control or governance business.
• Preferred Qualifications:- Experience developing agents for large-scale production use.
• Preferred Qualifications:- Full-stack development capabilities.
