Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to contribute to the Governance Platform in Singapore. You will design and develop scalable backend services, focusing on local governance policies, transaction governance, and risk blocking as part of our global localization efforts.

Ideal candidates have strong proficiency in Java or Golang, experience with Linux, MySQL, RPC/MQ, caching, and microservices, and at least five years in a related role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, Golang, Python or C++.
• Familiar with Linux systems, MySQL, RPC, MQ, caching technologies and microservices.
• Good coding and documentation habits; understand design patterns and principles.

Qualifications
