Job summary

ITConnectUS is seeking a seasoned Java developer in Singapore to design and implement scalable microservices using Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate. You will build secure RESTful APIs, leverage Spring Cloud and API gateways, and work with messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17
• Experience with the Java Collections Framework and multithreading
• Proficient in JVM tuning and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of design patterns and best practices in Java
• Hands-on with Spring ecosystem: Boot, MVC, Data JPA, Security, Cloud
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of API gateways and circuit breaker patterns
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• Hands-on Alibaba Cloud services: ECS, ACK, OSS, RDS, RAM, VPC, SLB
• DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient in relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java-based microservices with Spring and Hibernate
• Build robust RESTful APIs and secure services with Spring Security
• Deploy and operate apps on Alibaba Cloud and Kubernetes clusters
