Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Backend Software Engineer (R&D System) to design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure cloud platform. You will contribute to scalable backend services across Go/Python/Java, focusing on stability and performance in the cloud infrastructure domain.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust architecture, implement RESTful APIs, and optimize distributed systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native patterns.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field required.
• 1–3 years backend development experience with Go, Python or Java.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms and clean code practice.
