Job summary

H2 Games is seeking a capable senior software architect to lead the technical architecture and feature design of our business systems. You will oversee code implementation and collaborate with product, data, and engineering partners to turn ideas into scalable capabilities.

You will work on AI integration into product workflows, ensuring outputs are understandable, verifiable, and secure. This role focuses on building reliable and scalable platforms for business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Golang with experience in multithreading and I/O.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, RocketMQ, Elasticsearch.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical architecture and feature design of business systems and oversee code implementation；
• Participate in the development and maintenance of internal information systems；
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal workflow platforms.
• Integrate AI into concrete product workflows, ensuring outputs are understandable, verifiable, and reversible

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field
• Proficiency in the Golang programming language, with expertise in mainstream technologies such as I/O, multithreading, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis;
• Proficiency in common databases and middleware, including MySQL, Redis, RocketMQ, and Elasticsearch;
• Familiarity with design patterns and practical experience in abstract modeling, with a preference for candidates with domain model design experience in previous projects;
• Sensitivity to business needs, with a track record of leading or participating in large-scale business software platform projects and serving as a core developer, with a preference for experience in process systems and middleware development;
• Interested in the practical application of AI technologies and comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery efficiency while maintaining code quality, security, and reliability.
• Strong ability to proactively facilitate issue resolution among team members;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, to facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
