Little Splashes Aquatics is hiring a full-time swim teacher to build water confidence, safety, and survival skills for learners from babies to adults in our indoor heated pool. You will teach, assess progress, and support families in a safe, encouraging environment.

Training is provided with company-paid certifications. No prior swim-teaching certification is required. A 24-month commitment is requested to ensure continuity and program success.

Qualificações

• Open to candidates without prior swim teaching certification or training.
• Company-paid training and international certification will be provided.
• Six local/international licenses/certificates obtained after training, paid by the company.
• Salary paid during the training period to support trainees financially.
• Ability to sing nursery rhymes during lessons to engage young children.
• Patience, cheerfulness and a bubbly personality to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Maintain a positive attitude and build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Show care for babies, toddlers and children to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Respond effectively in emergencies and adapt to flexible working hours.

Responsabilidades

• Teach water confidence and water safety skills to babies, toddlers, children, and adults to build swimming ability and survival awareness
• Support students in overcoming fear of water through patient and encouraging instruction to foster confidence
• Instruct swimming techniques and survival skills tailored to each student’s age and ability for effective learning
• Monitor and maintain safety standards at all times during lessons to ensure a secure environment
• Assess and evaluate student progress every term to guide and adjust individual learning plans
• Perform administrative tasks and provide customer service to students and parents to maintain smooth operations
• Commit to a 24-month employment period starting from training commencement to ensure continuity
• Work full-time including compulsory weekends and most public holidays to meet scheduling needs
